N. 1 – Quotations & prices
All quotations prepared by the Planet, when they contain only the job description and an indication of the price are free. All projects, drawings, sketches, compositions, tests and any other preliminary work , requested by customers, are at customer’s charges if they are not followed by an order.  Execpt others agreement, all quotations are valid for 15 days and shall be understood as: a) works carried out in normal working hours; b) for the original tracks or indicated by the customer in the exact proportions of text, measures and space according to the specifications of use.

N. 2 – Negotiation. Conclusion of agreement
For the conclusion of the agreement it is necessary that all placed  “orders” are accepted by Planet through an ” order confirmation, and could be deleted by Planet within 10 days from dispatch date.

N. 3 – Printing draft
After confirmation,  Planet will provide free printing and a first draft and any further technical details, printed in one color or with the indication of the colors to be used in the final print

N. 4 – Raw materials
Usually raw materails are supplied by Planet. If raw materails is at customer’s charge, this material must have all necessary requirements to satisfy Planet’s need and should be packed properly.

N. 5 – Modification or delays
Whether work has started, the customer can order only changes which can’t change the initial nature of the work. The Planet is entitled to reimbursement of expenses and compensation for the various works carried out due to the changes of the client.

N. 6 – Delivery

Except other further agreement, the goods are delivered entirely at one time. If the goods must be delivered to the customer’s home or another place indicated by him, the Planet fulfills the obligation of putting the goods to the carrier or freight forwarder. All deliveries are performed at the bottom of the truck. In any case, the goods are under customer’s responsbaility. Delivery dates are not obligatory, and shall  be extended for a time at least equal to the delays caused by processing, for example, to: - late delivery of the original and late return of proofs by the customer; - Late delivery of the Planet of raw materials or processing expressly ordered to third parties.

N. 7 – Tolerance 
In case of raw materails are supplied by Planet, here below you could find the following quantity tolerances:

Ordered qty
up to  10.000 pcs                            +/- 20%
from 10.001 to 50.000 pcs.           +/- 10%
from50.001 to 100.000 pcs.          +/- 8%
over 100.001 pcs.                           +/- 5%

In case  of raw materials are supplied by customers is admitted a gap not less than 10%. In any case, customer will pay the real consigned qty .

N. 8 – Packaging & transport cost
Packaging is at customer’s charge.

N. 9 – Complaints. Warranty and Planet’s responsability.
Customer complaints should be made within three days from the receipt of goods

N. 10 – Drawings, engravings, printing toll, magnetic toll, re-productions
Drawing, sketches and any other preliminary work made by Planet, remain  its exclusive property and can not be used even to obtain ideas unless a special fee is agreed. The composition, punching, engravings, reproductions, the negatives, the positives, and all other materials provided by the Planet and used to perform the work are in any case of its exclusive property.

N. 11 – Competence of the Court
Any dispute relating to the contract between Planet and the customer is the competent court of the place where the Planet is domiciled.
